Support for High-Achieving Professionals Under Pressure
You’re smart, capable, hardworking — and everyone depends on you.
But the outside doesn’t match the inside. The pressure is constant, your mind doesn’t shut off, and your responsibilities feel heavier each year.
I specialize in helping high-functioning professionals who are tired of “pushing through” and ready for a healthier, more sustainable life.
Below are the areas I work with most often.
You’ve been operating in survival mode for so long that exhaustion feels normal.
You’re overwhelmed, depleted, and questioning how long you can keep this pace.
Common concerns I treat:
In therapy, you’ll learn:
You’re constantly “on.” Your mind races. You predict worst-case scenarios. You hold yourself to impossible standards.
Symptoms may include:
Together, we’ll focus on:
You’ve always been the reliable one — the fixer, the overachiever, the one people turn to.
But the pressure to “get it right” every time is draining.
Signs this may be affecting you:
Therapy will help you:
You’re pulled in every direction — work, family, relationships.

And you’re tired of carrying it all.
Areas we often explore:
In therapy, I help you:
Your brain feels full. You’re constantly switching gears.
You’re losing track of things, struggling to focus, forgetting details, and feeling stretched thin.
In therapy we work on:
Your career is important — but sometimes at the cost of your wellbeing.
I work with clients navigating:
Therapy helps you:
High achievers often handle everything alone — even grief.
But unprocessed emotions can build until you feel overwhelmed.
I support clients through:
You don’t have to carry it alone.
Professionals who are:
✔ High-functioning yet overwhelmed
✔ Emotionally exhausted
✔ Constantly giving more than they receive
✔ Struggling internally while appearing “fine” externally
✔ Ready to slow down, breathe, and take up space for themselves
If this sounds like you — you’re in the right place.
I combine:
My style is grounded, supportive, and direct — focused on clarity, calm, and actual change.

A 2-hour intensive therapy session is a deep-dive, focused approach to help you break through emotional barriers, gain clarity, and develop meaningful coping strategies—all in one extended session. Unlike traditional therapy sessions that may feel too short to truly process complex emotions, an intensive session provides the time and space you need to explore deeper issues without feeling rushed.
