Welcome to a warm and supportive space designed specifically for introverts who are dealing with anxiety. I'm Zeruah Reedom, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. A compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals find peace, confidence, and fulfillment while navigating the challenges of anxiety and introversion.
As a therapist, I have a deep understanding of the complex interplay between anxiety and introversion. My journey, both personally and professionally, has given me unique insights into the struggles that introverts face in a world that can be overwhelming. I hold a Master of Arts in Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy, licensed in the states of California #106913 and Texas #204409. I also bring 13 years of experience in the field of counseling and therapy, specializing in anxiety management and empowering introverts to thrive.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. Common practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Strength-Based, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where introverts can explore their feelings, understand the underlying causes of their anxiety, and learn effective strategies to cope with it. Together, we'll work towards embracing introversion as a source of strength and resilience through anxiety therapy.
